Rick with RT septic does the best work in Polk county at the most reasonable price.Rick replaced my sister's drain field about two years ago and she's had zero problems out of it. She recommended I use Rt septic to replace my drain field as I had sewage pooling up in the yard directly over the septic tank. Rick came out and gave me a quote so fair I thought it was suspicious. Rick agreed to do the work at the best price I'd been quoted and do it right. This guy knows his stuff. He responds in a timely manner and always is professional.

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 0 OUT OF 5 STARS. NOT RELIABLE. NOT HONEST. NOT PUNCTUAL. Scheduled emergent service with Ricky over phone call and he sounded great…The next day he called day approximately 30min before the time we agreed upon to reschedule for next day with the excuse of being stuck on a job. I understandingly agreed. Next day comes around I haven’t heard from him all day, I get home from work and he will not answer multiple calls or texts.

RT Septic replaced my drain fields in January 2025. The company did a great job. Ricky, his son, and team were professional, prompt, affordable, and kept me informed throughout. I highly recommend this company for your septic needs.

If I could give negative stars I would. We had an emergency flooding over the holiday weekend and RT Septic said they were coming and never showed up. They stated multiple times that they would call right back and never did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

RT Septic came out when no one else would. They got the job done quickly and were all very professional. I would highly recommend using them for all your septic needs.
