Rough Terrain did an exceptional job cleaning the lines at my duplex. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what they found and the work they completed. They even answered me on a Sunday and were at the duplex on Monday. I understand they are busy and that kind of turnaround may not always be possible, but I truly appreciated how responsive and willing they were to help me when I needed it. It is difficult to find companies that communicate well, show up when needed, and genuinely care about doing the job correctly.

I called Rough Terrain with a 20,000.00 dollar problem, I needed to fix my leech field, or replace it. With in 2 days they were at my home, with a HYDO-JET, and some sort of snake like camera. With in 30 min., They had unclogged and diagnosed my problems. They saved me thousands of dollars, while honoring veterans by giving me military’s discount for the services. I can’t thank them enough.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Nathan. We are so happy that we were able to hydro-jet your outlet line and determine the actual issue was with the pipe from the tank, not the leech system itself. Thank you for trusting us and most importantly, thank you for your service! We hope you have a wonderful week.

WOW! If you are looking for a company that is professional, friendly, easy to work with, and truly knows what they’re doing, look no farther. Rough Terrain Sewer and Drain arrived on time and immediately recognized that our system was not the typical setup they see every day. With three cleanouts and roughly 200 feet of sewer line to clean and inspect, they approached the job with confidence and care. As they worked, they handed me an LCD screen so I could watch the camera feed and see exactly what they were seeing.

    Response from the owner

Walter - wow! Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review. It was our pleasure assisting you. We always enjoy a good challenge! Thank you for using our company and we look forward to working together again. We hope you have a wonderful week!

Great people! Great service! Got all the roots out of the pipes!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, for taking the time to write this, Jo. You forgot to mention that your line is in the top 3 of all time worst root intrusions we've seen and were able to completely remove! We've gotta work on getting you that wall plaque that you requested, haha! We hope you have a fabulous weekend and best of luck on your new home.
