    Knowledgeable and clearly explained the process when they were actually present. However, communication was extremely poor, and the installation took place months after the originally proposed date. The job itself took three days, despite the workers being on site for only about eight hours total and taking frequent breaks, roughly every hour. The most frustrating issue was the concrete step they temporarily removed during the work. When they put it back, they left approximately a 10-inch riser. When I raised the concern that this was not code-compliant, they were unwilling to correct it.

    No call no show to have septic tank pumped. Rescheduled for a new date, guy couldn't find the tank and didn't care too much to poke around. Was told to call the owner (which I did), and no call back yet after trying multiple times.
