    Unprofessional, lack of communication, Roto rooter wasted my time Initially I had an appt 10am, they call my relator 2 hours prior the the scheduled appt and say they moved it to 3pm. waiting at the property since it was 45 mins commute, and was on the phone going back and forth for 1 hour because the inspector called roto rooter 3:04pm moves the appointment the following day without notify Myself, the buyer, or notifying my relator. The inspector said he can try to give us a discount for the inconvenience, yet he never appear at the property for the 3rd rescheduled appt.

    Very disappointing experience with Roto-Rooter, especially regarding communication and transparency. On Monday, I called specifically requesting a sewer scope/camera inspection for a property currently under escrow. I explained that I am the real estate agent representing the buyer and that we were on a time crunch because we were working within our inspection contingency period. From the beginning of the call, I clearly explained that I wanted a camera run through the sewer line to inspect its condition and identify any potential issues.

    To Whom It May Concern, I am reaching out to discuss an urgent issue with Kevin, the Branch Manager (Fresno, CA area) or a higher authority regarding a water leak in my restroom, which was caused by his employee, Michael, on Friday, July 3rd. Michael was sent to remove a Hot Wheels car from the toilet, and we paid over $425 for what turned out to be a subpar job. The valve was left loose, resulting in water leakage for the past six days!
