Called Roto Drains because my detached garage drain was backing up with water and reached out for a service. Spoke with the office and inquired what a it would cost to snake the drain. Office informed me that it would be $125 but if I waited until the next day it would be $85. I agreed for the next day and was told between 10-12pm. Next day comes and the time window passes without any word or update from Roto Drains. I reached out again to the office to see if there was any issues or delays and they informed me that they’ll check and get right back to me.

Called them up yesterday around noon for a broken pump, they said they'd be there within 3 hours (which didnt work for me). Arranged an appointment for the next day (today) for 5pm ("between 5 and 6") but nobody showed up. Had to leave at 6:25pm. No recommendation.
