Just received the most thorough Septic Inspection Report I've seen in my 40 years as a Real Estate Broker. Bill Neidigh's Septic Inspection Report is the Gold Standard by which all other Septic Firms/inspectors should strive to achieve.

Called them on a Monday or Tuesday I believe and they said they'd be out later in the week. A few hours later I got a call ( just needed my septic pumped) and they said they'd be out Wednesday morning which I was very grateful for. Brent was my tech and he showed up at a reasonable time that morning. He was courteous and respectful and explained everything he did! What's also nice is this can essentially be a no contact situation if you aren't able to be home which makes me more comfortable in case I need this done next time on a day my husband and I will both be at work. Highly recommend!!

They replaced my eco-flow tank, everyone I talked to at the office was polite and professional. I was most impressed with the one actually replacing my tank. Darren was good at explaining what he was doing and did a great job cleaning up the yard when he was done. Over all great experience!
