    We needed a riser put on a septic and Rose Septic was the easiest to work with and get it done. Not only did they get that job but also a new returning customer as we will be using them for the scheduled pumping now. Update Aug 2026: Rose completed pumping services and I was very satisfied. Great customer service. They answered all my questions and even educated me on the system. Great company and I look forward to using them in the future.

    Fast appointments, always arrives when expected, staff is great with keeping us advised if theirs any issues at all n if their ideas they have they definitely let us know immediately. Would recommend them to anyone. If their a situation needs fixing they will refer to a company that just as awesome as they are about quoting, scheduling, respond on time, very friendly n great job they do.

    Just figured out Rose ripped me off. Charged over $1,300 to pump 3000 gallons. Everywhere else I call was almost half the price and is telling me I got screwed

    Our goal is to be customer focused and fair. We apologize if this was not your experience. When we serviced your tanks it was heavily raining, the tanks were overflowing and continued backfilling as we pumped. We discussed the situation and pricing with you on site and you requested that we return to pump a second truck load. You were charged based on volume/gallons pumped - in this case it was significantly more than the rated size of your tanks. Please call us at 816-356-7673 if you'd like to discuss further.

    We had our septic drained fall of last year 2025. Apparently, they were supposed to coordinate with our plumber to have risers installed. They showed up before hand. Did not clean out the tank entirely and now here we are finding out that our septic is full again not even a year later. We still paid them $500 for a job that was clearly not finished or done correctly. I would not recommend using them.

Please give us a call as we would like to gather more information regarding your situation. 816-356-7673 For clarification, we do not coordinate our services with a plumber and it is normal for a septic tank to refill to normal levels within a few weeks to one month after pumping. If it is has been nearly one year then it would expected the tank would be full to that normal level. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

    Andrea and Alfredo were great to work with! I had a lot of questions as a first time homeowner on septic and they were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and were very pleasant to work with! 10/10 would hire again!
