When there is no proper cleanout access and the drain must be serviced through a sink or other access point, the price is $125. In this case, proper access was not available, which is why the $49 promotional price did not apply and a different price was provided before any work was performed. This is not a “bait and switch.” Different access conditions can require different equipment, procedures, and labor. Jonathan explained the available options and pricing, and no additional work would be performed without customer approval. We understand that you may not agree with the price, but we respectfully ask that our clearly stated promotional requirements not be characterized as dishonest simply because the property did not meet the conditions of the $49 special.
