Rooter-Man in Charlottesville, VA

Absolutely phenomenal service from the entire crew. Starting with dispatch, they helped me out with a very tight schedule on a Friday! Not only was my call picked up on the first ring, but I received at least two callbacks with an update regarding scheduling and when a tech would arrive. Daniel and Gabe arrived and quickly assessed the issue. I'm not joking when I say the speed of their diagnosis helped prevent further water damage. I received an estimate, a couple different options, and they moved forward on the spot.

We had a plumbing emergency at my job and Rooterman definitely came to our rescue. Alonzo came out late at night and worked diligently to pump our septic. Andrew came out to help. The next day we found that it was more involved than we thought (septic needed pumping too). They sent Daniel,Gabe and Shane back out on an already busy day. They spent hours working tirelessly to resolve our issues. Not only were they willing to help in an emergency…..twice, they did it with the utmost respect. They were all extremely courteous and determined to get it fixed in one trip.

Helpful, responsive, professional. Jen in the office and Kenny and Brian on the job went well out of their way to solve my problem quickly. Great people to work with.

The technicians, Daniel Mickle and Vincent Graves, were not only very polite, but exceptionally careful and patient with their work effort. Verifying their actions and making sure everything worked each time created an air of confidence and appreciation for men whose job may not be the cleanest, but certainly no less important to homeowner. I appreciate men who understand the value of their work, no matter how inglorious it may seem.
