    Wow, in the Real estate world and not used to companies delivering things in a timely manner. Especially when it comes to renovations! Romo Septic is 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend them they are prices are fair from other bids that I received and they are fast and efficient! Deanna was an angel and guided me through the whole process of dealing with the county, she is awesome! Thank you guys!!!

    After installing septic tanks at my mother house. The septic tank lids are under grade and any time it rains. They are under water. I’ve had multiple other Contractor's come and look at it and stay that it is not correct. Have call romo septic multiple time to request risers to put on septic tanks lids to get them above grade. And then have been blow us off every time. If you are looking to get your septic done I will stay clear of this guy. He’s clear only in it for the money and could care less about this customer or his work he is putting out.

    Well during dinner the Septic Alarm went off and I started to have a little backup in the cellar. In a panic I called Romo Septic. It was after hours and my man stayed on the phone with me and directed me on what to do. He is the nicest man and very knowledgeable. He has my business when I need it!!!

Crystal and Mackenzie both say Deanna walked them through the county and health department process, and Mackenzie adds that the crew installed quickly in midwinter. Don called after hours when his septic alarm went off during dinner and a backup started in his cellar. He says the person who answered "stayed on the phone with me" and told him what to do. Two customers describe it differently: Natalie says tank lids sat below grade after an install and her calls about risers went unanswered, and Tony says it took over a month for a crew to come out to pump his tank.
