I've had two great experiences with Rogersville Septic. First, they came out and pumped our septic tank two years ago without problem. I did have to know where my septic tank was located, and I even uncovered it for them. But I think that's customary with all septic services. My second great experience was through the owner, Shorty, this week. I let Shorty know that our system was backed up and told him all of the symptoms. He was honest and told me that it shouldn't need to be pumped again so soon, that it would probably be a waste of my money.

Well, we just had the opposite experience. I called and said we needed someone out as soon as possible and he fit it in that afternoon. Very nice guy and a great price.

Haven't had any contact beyond initial phone call. They did not answer the phone in a professional manner. They then informed me that they do not travel "so far". So far was 45 miles. In the Ozarks of Missouri, 45 miles is nothing.
