Rodenhiser Excavating is undeniably an expert and leader in septic installations in Massachusetts. The crew work so very hard in all weather conditions and all hours to complete the work. Most importantly the installations work well and pass inspections. No septic project is easy. Some are but Rodenhiser excels at building the complex ones. Our project was complex because of our proximity to wetlands and a high water table. Rodenhiser fit the system precisely according to design tolerances. Bill Rodenhiser is a genuine leader who inspires a loyal team and shares his knowledge with the crew.

We had a burst underground water pipe in our driveway. It was detective work to figure it out. We are so glad to have worked with Rodenhiser Excavating. They provided an excellent customer experiene by way of good communication and professional expertise. What seemed like a huge project they were able to complete in one day. From the beginning to the end of our septic system replacement, the team from Rodenhiser Excavating did an outstanding job. The on site crew were skilled, professional and courteous. Their work was carefully done and they left our yard in great shape. The office staff was very responsive and knowledgeable; someone always picked up the phone when we called. I am very happy that we selected them to do our system and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a septic backup due to some faulty work done for the previous owners of our house by another company (just 4 years prior) on a Sunday morning. By that Sunday afternoon, Jay from Rodenhiser was it to pump out tank to give us some relief while they diagnosed what the problem was. Their team (thanks Jerry and Jay and others, including Bill R) were working with quite a puzzle to determine what was going on because there was a major discrepancy between what was indicated to have been done on paper vs what they saw with their eyes (and some digging).
