We recently had issues with our aerobic septic system and it needed pumped also. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and the fair pricing. I had some questions afterwards on how soon it should spray following a pumping and Tanya gave me advice on the phone and even came out to follow up and make sure all was ok! (which it was)….I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again when needed!

    Response from the owner

Thank u so much ! For the nice review. We really appreciate it.

I recommend Rock Creek Septic for all your Septic and main water line needs. They cleaned out my Septic out twice now ( and will keep using them). They came out and put in a raiser with cap on my tank, ran sewer lines to it for my Pepaw's place. Also added a second spigot and additional shut off valves for him to be able to water his chickens. 100 recommend that you call them today!

    Response from the owner

Thank u so much for the nice review. Great have the chance to help. If u or your papaw need anything please do not hesitate to call.

    July 2024

I being new to the area was told about Rock Creek septic. I had Rock Creek septic come install, not one, but two septic systems in April 2024. One for my house and one for my camper. Rock Creek was eager to come out, eager to do the work, eager to collect the money the 14,000 dollars. It is now mid-July 2024. I have reached out several times. The tanks floated, now both tanks are still sitting somewhat underground and above ground a couple feet too. The lid on one is still off and the job not finished on either tank. Other agreements made and they have not stood on their word on those either.

    Response from the owner

paula u have called us one time sorry u are having problems . when u don't have water to fill tanks yes the will float. so please under stand we did tge job and then came back and fix the floating tanks . I never new of u calling again. if u want to call me at 4322668088 that will be great and we can get this taken care of. wouldnt want a bad review . thank u

Customers describe a range of septic work at Rock Creek Septic. It includes pumping an aerobic system, adding a riser with a cap to a tank, running sewer lines to a second home, and a septic survey. One reviewer says the crew kept working after business hours until a plumbing problem was fixed. Another reviewer says someone from the company answered questions by phone after a pumping and then came out to check the system. Ann described the owners as "extremely thorough and helpful" and said they taught her about maintenance. One customer, Paula, had two systems installed in 2024, reported that the tanks floated and the job sat unfinished for weeks, and said the owners came back in July and completed it.
