Had got a 15 cubic yard load of topsoil that was supposed to be screened...as I started spreading it around my yard I can see it has some dirt pebbles so It didn't bother me as much...but when I started using my rake to fine spread the dirt...all I can hear was rocks hitting t he rake as I rake through the dirt I spread out ...so I just thought that was it but decided to screen it my self to see..every scope I made and screened had about a third of the scope that was rocks ..I couldn't believe it..I just thought it might just be the top layer of my load so scope more towards the center of my load ..did not make a difference...I told them that it was just to much rocks that I can't put on my lawn they just said they have not recieve any complaints before so I'm the first one ..ok so if I was the first one wouldn't it be in your best interest to fix what was the customers complaint ...instead of comparing to older customers that never had any problem...all I was asking was to atleast take a look and see what they can do to fix it...but nope they just basically say that they never had any complaints and then ignored me...and on there website they clearly stated that if the customers isn't satisfied they will do whatever that need to be don't to make them satisfied....but it seems it's just for show to make there website look good...poor customer skills for a so call professional establishment....so disappointed
