We had our 1000-gallon septic tank serviced and couldn’t be happier with the result. Our house was built in 1989, and it turned out the pipe leaving the tank had collapsed at some point, causing overflow to pool around the tank and filling a section of drainage pipe with sediment. Our technician, Michael, diagnosed the issue, cut out the damaged section, and replaced it with a longer run of schedule 40 PVC for a more durable fix. He packed the soil back around the pipe for solid support, filled both holes carefully, and replaced the sod.

    Response from the owner

Hi Karl, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and positive review! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with our team, especially Michael and Ethan. It's wonderful to know that they were able to diagnose and fix the issue with your septic tank efficiently and professionally, even in challenging weather conditions. We take pride in our team's dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction, and it's always rewarding to hear that our efforts are appreciated. We're also glad to hear that your yard was left in good condition and that the sod should reestablish well. Thank you for recommending Right Price Plumbing & Septic. If you ever need any further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help! Best regards, The Right Price Plumbing & Septic Team

Before You Call

A homeowner deciding between routine septic pumping and emergency service can ask what response is available for the system's current symptoms. That distinction can help set the right kind of visit from the start.
