Richmond Sanitary was absolutely amazing to work with! I was coordinating a wedding and we unexpectedly needed porta potties last minute. They had them delivered within an hour of me calling. Zech, the gentleman who dropped them off, went above and beyond, he even took the time to try helping the venue owners troubleshoot the issue before setting everything up. They ended up discovering there was a crack in some pipes that needed repair. The customer service, quick response time, and willingness to help were all incredible.
