Several reviews describe a crew that gets to the job fast and leaves the property in good shape. Katina had the team out on short notice and calls it a "fast and clean job", and Lorraine says Rescue came right away, spent time working through her issue and cleaned up afterward. Beth describes a new cesspool installed in 2022 and a return visit in 2026 to pump it and go over the options. Kerri and Michael both mention Chris, and Kerri says what could have been a mess was done with minimal damage.
