Great service! I scheduled a routine septic inspection because I just bought the house and wanted to see if it needed to be emptied and what maintenance needs to be done because I’ve never had a home with a septic tank. Anthony showed up and was very courteous and showed me that the tank was almost full and needed to be pumped. I had to go back to work but Anthony went and got the pump truck and was back at my house within an hour. Will definitely use these guys again!

Having drainfield issues. Standing water in the cleanout, one stool not flushing correctly. Tank emptied twice in 5 weeks. Came out and dug up the 1st junction box, full of dirt, damaged concrete. Took time to dig by hand to protect my nice yard, when using the backhoe made sure to not tear up the yard. Flushed all the pipes out, repaired the damaged box and even took the time to put grass back on top of dugout area. The price was very reasonable!!! Have decided to use this company for all future tank drains and future issues.

They showed up 3&1/2 hrs late, and wouldn’t update me on a time frame of possible arrival in the office. They just kept saying he’s coming. Then the office lady stopped answering. I felt bad for the man doing the actual work so when the worker showed up I let him do the job. The office lady said it would only take 30 min, he was there over 2hrs and dug my yard out about 20x more than needed. Then they charged me a $150 dig fee after saying the price is a flat $425. Would not recommend.

I have a home warranty, reliable septic responded to my call. Anthony was prompt and did the job in this horrible heat. There were problems, wasn't sure it was going to get solved, but he stayed until it was done. Thank you Anthony, job well done!!!!
