Absolute worst customer service i have had. The lady who answers the phone was so rude . I decided not to even use Reliable! Now im stuck trying to find someone to use. It sucks because ive heard good things over the years. However i wont support this kind of treatment.

I was very happy with the service I received for our septic tank cleaning and maintenance. They were prompt, kind, and extremely helpful, with reasonable pricing. Highly recommended for the Treasure coast area! Thank you

Had them install new drain field about four years ago and they did not put any type of gravel around the drain field I did not ask about it because its a gravel less system which is not a good system in a place that gets a lot of rain it just doesn't work we get consisted backups a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RELIABLE SEPTIC IS THE ONLY ANSWER !! I cannot say enough about how incredible Bruce and his team have been to work with for not only my regular pumps but my new drain field. Bruce was not only kind and communicative but his business ethics, honesty and professionalism definitely put me at ease with moving forward on such a big but necessary project. If you have a septic tank system in your home, they are the only answer to your maintenance and repair needs!

Reliable Septic and owner Bruce completely restored my faith that good companies and good people still exist. Bruce personally came out to my home today, and from the very beginning, every member of his crew was respectful, kind, professional, and considerate. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and handled a confusing plumbing issue completely in the same visit.

Fast response comes up again and again in customer reviews. Mary says someone was at the house "that day" after her call, and the job was scheduled and finished the same week. Arline, who had used the company for more than 20 years, reports toilets backing up and getting helped the same day. The work shows up just as clearly. Olga credits Bruce and his team with both her regular pumps and a new drain field, and Boris watched a crew stay on a repair for several days until it was fixed. Mitchelle had her septic tank cleaned and calls the crew prompt and helpful.
