Ray's Well and Septic in High Shoals, NC

Place is rediculous, do not use them, they give you a bullshit contract that basically reads we can do what ever we want and leave your yard like crap, put a new septic tank in for me and did good but that was where it ended left my yard horrible didn’t pick up there own trash left big pile of rocks in yard cut my internet line even though it was marked then said sorry your problem, broke my storm drain even though it was not in the way and didn’t fix did not leave yard in any shape worth looking at, covered up my ditch to where road doesn’t drain correctly now, and to beat it all didn’t screw down my pump tank lid and I fell in it!!! Now I’m capable of fixing my yard because I do construction for a living but most people are not so don’t use them unless you want to spend a bunch of extra money calling someone else to come in and fix your yard and clean up!

Very disapointed! Owner called me to resolve an issue as I had learned that after the job was completed that there are multiple large openings that need to be removed to properly clean out a septic tank. They only cleaned out an 8 inch opening that was exposed above the ground. The owner said I signed that I had agreed to that by signing my name when I paid them after they finished. I was relying on them to do the job properly.
