    Ronnie goes above and beyond. He’s always responsive and from new septic tank installs to installing culverts, he and his guys have always done a great job! I would recommend theses guys over anybody else.

    I called them with a septic tank issue and they responded within 45 minutes on a Sunday morning. They took care of my problem and I was shocked at the reasonable price they charged. I anticipated that the cost would be much higher, especially 9n Sunday. I highly recommend this company.

    I called R & R on Friday asking to have my septic pumped. Two guys came out and said they would have to come back with a small backhoe since my septic was 2 feet deep. Keep in mind they installed the tank 3 years ago. The guy said he'd call me back but he never did. I had to call him back instead. He told me he'd be out first thing Monday. Texted him Monday to ask when he was coming out and he said he'd get to me unless something came up.

    Tried to get a culvert installed, Everyday for a week and a half they said they were coming the next day. One day the truck was broke, one day the tractor was broke. Finally gave up and went with someone else. Ronnie seems like a super nice guy on the phone, but he would not call you back or respond to texts or even show up.
