    Reggie replaced a broken septic pump for me. There was great communication, he showed up when he said he would and did the work he said he would do. No issues, I didn’t even have to be home. Would use his services again, as well as recommend him.

    I can't express how glad I am to have found a good septic company that takes pride in their work. Quoted me well below other companies in the Fayetteville area and focuses on doing the job right the first time. Updated me with photos throughout the process and was consistently transparent!!!     I had a great experience with R & J Septic Services. They were very accommodating with scheduling and even advised me to wait until my yard was dry before service, which they didn’t have to do, but it showed they genuinely care about their customers. The team was clean, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They also took the time to provide helpful tips on scheduling and maintenance for the future. Highly recommend their services!
