Queens Septic is now my go-to when I need to have my tank pumped. Mr. Queen was polite, thorough, and reasonably priced. With our area in drought, he had to dig through rock hard clay to get to the tank, and after he heard my dogs barking, he gave me treats for them as he was leaving. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

I had multiple calls with Roger, and he came to my home in Oak Ridge on a Saturday without hesitation, which worked perfectly with my schedule. Throughout the entire process, I really appreciated Roger’s expertise, calm and professional approach, and excellent communication. He was very responsive to my comments and requests. In addition to pumping the septic tank from both sides and cleaning the filter, Roger also unclogged the pipe coming from the house to the septic tank. He also gave me helpful advice on how to get rid of a wasp nest near the septic system.

The two sons came out to our residence to replace the concrete riser and septic pump. They were prompt, courteous, professional and very easy to work with. We will call them for all of our future septic needs and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs septic work done.

We appreciate your review. Thank you in advance for recommending us to friends and family!

Fantastic service; pumped septic tank and marked my septic lines. Both at very reasonable prices. I’ll only call Queen’s for any septic system work or repair.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, David! We appreciate your business!

Great service! Brian is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Brian found that my tank is baffled, with two lids, one for solid, one for liquid. He dug both out, and pumped both. No hesitation doing the job correctly. Highly recommended!

    Response from the owner

    Thank you for your review!

Customer reviews describe the work in detail. Tank pumping comes up most, including a baffled tank with two lids that Brian dug out and pumped, and a visit where Roger pumped from both sides, cleaned the filter and cleared a clogged pipe running from the house. Tim wrote that the crew "came out the very next morning" after he called, and Roger made a Saturday visit work for another homeowner's schedule. Repairs and line marking show up as well. One family had a concrete riser and a septic pump replaced, and two customers had their septic lines marked, one ahead of a new deck. Kimberly described a thorough dig through hard clay during a drought, and Richard noted the tank was found with minimal damage to the yard.

Local Ground

Around Trinity, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Trinity city page for the full soil profile.
