Very fast response both on the phone call after the initial appointment set up. And then very quick response to come pump out my tank. Follow the instructions and did everything well. Price is fair. I plan on using them from here on out.

The young man that came to my house was very present and did the job alone faster than I expected, he is a asset to your company. I would not hesitate to refer you to anyone that needs work done

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the great feedback, Mr. Napier! Adam takes a lot of pride in his work, and it's great to hear he handled the job efficiently and on his own. We're proud to have him representing Purge Environmental across central Indiana, and we truly appreciate the referral.

The service was prompt and the technician was professional and courteous. I had a few questions and he took the time to answer and to explain how the system functions. We will continue to use Purge Environmental for all of our septic needs and would recommed them to everyone.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the great review, Robin! We're glad our technician was able to answer your questions and walk you through how the system works, that kind of communication matters to us. We appreciate you trusting Purge Environmental with your septic needs, and we're grateful for the recommendation. Thank you again!!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers describe a crew that answers the phone fast and gets the work done the same day. Carter called about a tank that had filled during heavy flooding and had it pumped out within hours, with the technician finishing in about 30 minutes. Several reviewers mention someone taking the time to walk them through how the system works rather than just finishing and leaving. Robin said the technician "took the time to answer and to explain how the system functions," and Heather noted that Canyon cared about how the yard looked before and after the job.
