Steve, the owner, arrived on time, explained the entire process, and completed the septic tank pumping and line replacement efficiently. He was professional, courteous, and left the area clean when the job was finished. His pricing was very fair, with no surprise charges, and he patiently answered all 100 of my questions about maintaining my septic system. It's refreshing to find someone who takes the time to educate their customers while providing honest, high-quality service. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for reliable septic services.

Steve with Pumpco is an honest businessman. I have had them to my house a couple of times and have no concerns whatsoever in saying this company should be first on the list of people you call when you have a septic problem. Whether urgent or proactive, give them a chance to earn your business.

I did my due diligence and got 4 quotes. Pumpco was the second lowest but their professionalism gave me the confidence that they were the best choice even for a few hundred $s more. I was right! They did a great job at a very fair price. Very polite, informative, clean and thorough. I highly recommend them for your septic system needs.

We had an issue on New Years Eve and was fully expecting to have to put in a new septic field. Steve came prepared with the drawings of our septic system and everything needed put in a new field. His crew quickly found the issue and was able to correct it very quickly without any major work. This is the kind of honesty that is hard to find anymore! I feel like its also important to mention he came out first thing on New Years Day and did not charge any extra for the holiday service call! Give these guys a shot!

Response from the owner

Thank you so much Tadd!

We searched Georgia DPH's Certified Septic Tank Installer and Approved Septic Tank Pumper registers and did not match Pumpco Septic Services. These county-based company registers do not include licence numbers or addresses, and a business under another registered name or in a neighboring county may not match. The installer and pumper registers also cover different kinds of work, so these misses cannot establish that the company is unlicensed.
