Hi Ivette, We take all feedback seriously, but we have searched our records and cannot find any customer or service history under the name Ivette Leyva. We want to ensure we are addressing the right situation, as the details in your review do not match our service logs. We did recently perform a routine septic pump-out for a customer with a similar first name, and we want to clarify the facts of that visit in case this review is related: * Service Type: We were hired to perform a routine maintenance pump-out, not a formal septic inspection. Formal inspections (usually done for real estate purchases) involve a different process and include a written report, which is why no documentation was provided for this standard pump-out. * Honest Pricing: During this visit, our technicians (Carlos Sr. and Carlos Jr.) measured the tank. Although the customer was quoted for a 1,200-gallon tank ($410), we determined it was only 1,000 gallons and lowered the final bill to $350. * Drain Field Assessment: Carlos noted that the water level was slightly high and the drain field was beginning to show early signs of age. However, he specifically advised that it was "still functioning and draining", and he did not state that it needed immediate replacement. He also showed the homeowners how to secure a loose exit baffle to protect the system. We pride ourselves on our honesty and would never recommend unnecessary, expensive replacements.
