I had an emergency for my RV and they were flexible for me and came right out. They sent a great guy and he went above and beyond and was very friendly and professional. I will be back again soon. Highly recommend.

I have used them for many years but I don't think so anymore, poor kid didn't get here till 8 pm ,they told him there was two holes . We already dug the hole for him ,so he was looking and digging for another one. I called to tell them about it this morning and the receptionist didn't seem to even care that this poor guy was going crazy cuz she wrote down the wrong stuff. And they cost 325! Just to empty my tank!! We will be using a new company for now on. Don't seem to care about the workers and cost way to much.

    Response from the owner

Hello Linda, The driver must’ve read the ticket wrong. If it sounded like the office manager didn’t care when you called, it’s because when you did we pulled the ticket and looked at it personally and it did not state anywhere on it that there were two holes(a copy can be provided to you) So it would’ve been an honest mistake by the new driver. Some tanks do have 2 holes. The price is also given up front if asked, and if you felt it’s too much you could’ve of course used a diff company. As for him coming out at 8pm , that was his choice, as he came in late that day due to an appointment.

Now that we have used Prospect Sanitation, we will never go anywhere else for our septic needs! When an emergency occurred with our septic system, Ash was extremely helpful in answering our pricing questions and was prompt to get someone out to help us. Oscar, the driver who came, was professional and friendly.

Several homeowners describe quick responses when calling the company for septic emergencies and routine tank pumping. Marco noted that the owner came out to inspect the job before a driver arrived and "did a great job in a timely fashion" on the day of service. Linda reported that a worker arrived late in the evening and spent time digging for a second opening on an already excavated tank.
