We have been using Gilbert for years for ALL of our plumbing needs and once again, this weekend we needed a new hot water heater and he showed up the next day, everything in perfect working order. If you need any kind of plumbing services, I would highly recommend Pro Tech Plumbing!

Their pricing is very reasonable, fair, and very staight forward with “NO BS”. They will come right away, check your plumbing needs, explain what they are going to do, and fix it like what they say. The owner is very friendly and honest. “KUDOS “ to PRO TECH PLUMBING FOR THE GREAT JOB!!!!

    Response from the owner

    Thank you for the review.

Misleading Tactics and 200% Markup Rating: ⭐ (1 Star I called Pro Tech for a quote on a 40-gallon GE RealMAX Choice water heater installation. Despite advertising a 10% senior discount and finding them through a recommendation, the experience was disappointing. The technician quoted me $1,900.00 for a simple "one-for-one" swap in an easily accessible exterior cabinet. This is a massive markup considering the unit retails locally for ~$700 and I already have code-compliant seismic straps and hoses in place.

    Response from the owner

Sir, thats the estimate you ask for. Just an estimate If you didn't like the estimate.sorry. I ask you honestly what's your price on mine. So we can agree on price to make you happy. I guess this is you job.thank you.its a free estimate

This guy came out and knocked it out of the park. We had a drain issue and he had us up and running within three hours completely cut out the bad piping and had it all replaced. Thank you, Protech.
