Pro Power Rooter Service provided excellent customer service. Their phone support was fantastic, the plumber technician was highly knowledgeable and offered clear, step-by-step guidance to help me resolve a drain issue. It is a huge relief to speak with someone so helpful and patient. I am very impressed with their support and highly recommend them!

Mark was very professional and friendly. He had our drain fixed fast. He explained what happened and how to best maintain our system. We will definitely recommend his service and call Mark again.

We've used Mark a couple of times, including a pre-buy sewer scope and more recently, a drain cleaning. Service was quick, easy, and reasonably priced every time.
