We are a first time customer of Pro Elite and called for plumbing services. They arrived promptly, and were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will certainly use their services again.

John and his assistant were fantastic. Coordinated with the town to shut off the water to the house. Needed a replacement main shut off valve done. Beautiful job and handled everything with ease. Highly recommend

Great job! The job was about fixing a water leak between the toilet and the water tank when flushing. Currently, this apartment located in Chappaqua (NY) is empty and no people are living there. First, as the plumbers entered the apartment they said that they smelled gas. Conedison was called immediately. A service man arrived, detected and fixed a small gas leak on a joint on a gas line in the bathroom. Then the plumbers took apart the toilet fixture, replace the leaking gasket between the tank and the toilet and install a new flushing mechanism. Great job. The toilet looks like new again.

    Response from the owner

Thanks Sandro for taking the time to write this great review! I’m happy to hear Scott and Fernando caught that gas leak before it became a larger issue. Thanks again for your continued business, and we appreciate you trusting us with the work in your homes!
