The worst nightmare! They took months to build my septic tank and drain field. Because they kept failing inspections . I had a mountain of dirt on my backyard for months . I should sued them !!! The worst company ever ! I almost took them to court. Do not hire them !

Amazing customer service! Alex and his colleague were prompt, reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. We had called 2 septic companies prior to Poo Man, and they couldn't locate the tank. 10 minutes into the visit, these guys were already pumping the darn thing! Alex gave me his honest opinion about our tank and drain field, and the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them.

Had my septic back up into the house. Poo-man sent a tech and pump truck out within one hour on the weekend. Technician let me know exactly what was going on and got my system taken care of. Would definitely recommend.
