I called the company for service and within an hour or so a plumber arrived at my home. Dave was excellent and thorough. Solved my issue quickly. Great company.

Very unprofessional company, several other much better companies in the area. Just look at the reviews, this guy Clem tries to report the bad reviews and justify their poor work. They do not understand what is actually needed for water heaters, Boynton Beach Inspector told us what they did was not needed. They made us pay for an electrician to replace a breaker that was just fine. Waste of money and waste of time.

From the time I picked up the phone to inquire about a water heater repair to the service I was very impressed. Monica, Michelle, Ridge and Genson were all very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. I needed a water heater replacement. I called on Wednesday and by Thursday noon the service was complete! I will highly recommend Plumbing Expert's!

If I can upload this review with ZERO stars I would. If anyone finds this company do not hire. I inquired for a job with Ivan and he quoted me to redirect the main water line. I explained where the new concrete slab would be and that I needed no pipes in that area. On the day of service I arrived home earlier to find their workers just laying on my grass for an hr and a half stating they were waiting for direction cause they could not perform the job. I have camera pictures of them just laying on the grass until I arrived.
