We live in an old farm house in Duarte, some time ago we needed some plumbing work done and a friend suggested Plumbing Buddies "over in Glendora" ... What a great friend! We called, they got here promptly, fixed the problem, charged a fair price and thanked us for the bisness ... since then we've (old house, old plumbing) we've called across town to the Buddies a couple more time, and every time it's the same, on-time, friendly (understanding), highly-skilled, service that fixes the problem (the first time) with a smile and a fair price.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Doug! We truly appreciate your kind words and your continued service. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

We were having all of our drain pipes replaced, a liner installed from one part of our yard to the city connection, and a new pipe from the house to where the liner started. The price was very reasonable compared to two other quotes. The plumbers were very friendly and patiently answered all of our questions. They purchased new floor cloths for the house per our request to keep the house clean while they worked inside. The reason I did not give 5 stars are indicated below. 1) we were told by one person the work would take 2-2.5 days and by another person the work would take 3 days.

    Response from the owner

Hey Patrick , thank u for the 4 stars, this is Jeremy the owner. Thank you for taking the time to leave that review. I’m sorry that we didn’t earn a five star review as I’m sure that you are aware of things do come up in jobs that are unexpected but we took care of them promptly and appropriately. we did have an issue with the Liner but we worked around it and we fought through the issue and everything came out perfectly. I saw the notes from the City. The inspector also thought our was perfect and everything looked good. everything was signed off and passed. I hope you guys enjoy your new plumbing. in regards to the electrical most customers let us use their electricity, but I will make sure that everyone has generators ,the generator that we had on the truck had a malfunction. That is the only reason why we asked if we can use some of your electricity. The reason why it was tripped on the breaker was the breaker was malfunctioning, which obviously has nothing to do with us. but again thank you for your business and glad everything came out perfect
