We’ve had great experiences with Isaac! He was professional, and showed up on time. He explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done. He’s been helping my family for years, and we appreciate his help!

Third month in a row with a high water bill. I checked everything I could think of. I called Platium plumbing to come out and he methodically went bathroom by bathroom and found that one of the float valves was bad. A valve I had checked already and to my untrained eye looked to be operating correctly. He pointed out the correct way to check. It took him 40 min from the time he drove up to pulling out the driveway to fix my problem at almost no cost to me. This guy is a pro and very friendly and shared his knowledge with me.

    Response from the owner

Thank you kindly for the 5-star review Robert. We are glad you were happy with our service and please reach out to us in the future if the need arises!

Before You Call

For a slow drain and a tank due for service, a homeowner must decide whether to request drain declogging, septic tank cleaning, or both. Ask which service fits the symptoms before scheduling.
