Excellent company to deal with for pumping my porta potty!

I live in Sauk County, and I've used Pickett's Septic to do the required septic tank pumping and disposal every 3 years as required by the county. Every pro they've sent has been friendly and very efficient. I have a pet fence enclosing my tank and have a devised a portal for the hose, so I have to be home to let them in. They always adjust to this scenario without blinking, and always show up in the time range that we work out in advance. Also, the price seems fair enough.

We’ve used them for the past 3 years and always easy to deal with. Even last year when we had an issue with our bank flagging our check as possible fraud. Cindy was very understanding was able to take payment over the phone and didn’t even charge us an additional fee for the check issue. Very friendly and will continue to service with them

Just had Pickett's come out for normal maintenance pumping and they were very easy to deal with, and professional. Would recomend them to anyone needing septic maintenance done.

Ordered a portable toilet from Picketts to have as a back-up when we had a few families up at our cottage for a weekend. They took my order via phone and things could not have gone more smoothly. We arrived at the cottage and it was placed exactly where I had asked. It was very clean in great shape and made our weekend more enjoyable for all. Highly recommend their services!
