I called PD Plumbing this morning because of a water leak on my hot water heater. Someone picked up right away and instructed me over the phone on how to shut off the water so it would quit leaking. I was told to expect a plumber to arrive in the afternoon which was a huge relief. Dylan arrived at the time promised and promptly fixed the problem. The work was completed fast to my full satisfaction. Dylan was very knowledgeable and I am impressed with the customer service and quality of the work that was done. I highly recommend this company!

We used PD Plumbing about a year ago when our crawl space flooded, and they were great. They fixed the issue, recommended a restoration company to properly dry everything and prevent mold/mildew, even though their quote was high, we trusted their expertise and were happy with the work. Because of that, we called them again. Yesterday was a different experience, we had them come out for low water pressure at our kitchen faucet. They came the same day, which was appreciated, but the technician seemed rushed.

During the visit, our technician inspected the low-water-pressure concern, disassembled the faucet, attempted to clear sediment, checked the washer fill concern, and provided options based on the findings. The service call covers the reserved appointment slot, dispatch, travel, technician time, diagnosis, and repair options. They first person who came out on the weekend did not resolve the issue with our plumbing and didn't have the property equipment needed. We had to wait an additional two days to get it taken care of. However, the next plumber was very knowledgeable and resolved the issues quickly and did not charge again, so we appreciated that.

The two men that came out to replace my grinder pump and sump pump were fast and thorough. They were friendly and had no problems answering my questions. The price was expensive but I feel confident that we had good work done and received good product.
