AVOID THIS GUY OR EXPECT THE BAIT AND SWITCH! He gave us a quote knowing the systems he was pumping having pumped them twice before. He pumped them and said that everything was normal. Then he raised his price by 50%. I questioned it and he erupted saying "I work hard" - "do you see how much diesel fuel is". I questioned him again and he became volcanic - "You know that I am former Special Forces" and on and on. Avoid the heart ache - there are plenty of these companies around.

Shout out to Parker's for coming right out, within the hour, on a Sat. morning to unclog our septic that was backing up into the basement. He answered the phone at 6:50 am, was here before 8 am, and knew exactly what the problem was. Thanks again. See you in 2 years.

Even though I’m outside his service area he walked me through my septic pump alarm and how to operate the control panel and what was causing it. Really nice guy and clearly very knowledgeable.
