We bought a house that needed a new septic. Our mortgage company sent us the quote the previous owners had gotten from pags. The communication was EXTREMELY poor. They would just show up, not return calls, gave us a 24 hour notice that they were coming to do the work. Ok, fine. After the work was completed, we assumed they would at least remove the dirt, fix our yard, etc. something. WRONG. They drove DIAGONAL across my whole front yard destroying it. Not to mention my backyard where the work was complete. If it was just that, we could have dealt with it.

Pags Excavating has done multiple jobs for me. I have always been satisfied with their work and prices. They are very pleasant to work with as well and always keep in touch prior to completing the job! I highly recommend this business!

Pagnucco's repaired 1st settling even though it was not on the contract at no cost. We have repaired the last 2 settlings after the rains. Everything works, we're thankful for that. Alls well. Munholand
