Clay is the most trustworthy and knowledgeable septic person that I have come across. Since moving into this house in 2022, I have had several issues with septic and plumbing. Clay was able to go through step by step what he was doing. He even found a way to do the job better and cheaper than what he thought he needed to do. We were impressed. I really think the problem is completely fixed now. He even showed me how everything was running as it should. He spent a great deal of time with us and gave us alot of valuable information. Thank you Clay. I highly recommend you!

My sincere thanks. Our drip system light came on. We called companies they didn't know how to help. I called Clay about 5 times and he figured out the problem with the solution. He said he would be here to fix it if we ran into trouble. Warning light is off thanks for the good advice.

Horrible company. Im guessing it was the first day on a tractor for the old man with a bad attitude that didnt know how to talk to people. Non stop problems with the "engineered drip system" since the install. Will NOT answer phone. Having to use a better company to correct the inadequate, second rate, inferior job that was performed. If you like your money, spend it somewhere else. If you like your yard, use someone else.

Homeowners describe Craig Otwell arriving promptly to troubleshoot drip systems, inspect tank components, and handle difficult installations. He walks clients through each stage of the repair, and Heather noted that he explained the work "step by step" during her service call. Property owners also point to quick scheduling, including next-day site visits for tight lots and telephone guidance when drip system warning lights turn on. One customer, Jeremiah, reported ongoing problems with an engineered drip system after installation and unreturned phone calls. Most homeowners describe timely visits from the owner and clear explanations of how their septic systems run.
