Needed quick service for a clogged drain. They were here and started work within two hours. Mike was very professional and the drain work was quickly completed. This company does it right! What a great experience at a price that was very reasonable.

Sprayed out the port and potty at my jobsite. Left it soaking wet with chemicals and liquid all over the inside of the pot. And replaced the toilet paper that was in there even though it wasnt nearly gone. Wasteful and negligent.

Response from the owner

Hi Erik, Thanks for the feedback. The liquid you see is just water. After cleaning and sanitizing the unit we rinse it down with water and it usually dries within an hour or two. We service the units once a week and our drivers make a determination on when to replace the toilet paper based on use and it making it to the next service, even if there is some left on the roll.

I was very impressed with your field staff today! The expertise, friendliness, and professional manner made it easy for me to want to work with Oregon Sewer and Drain. Mike went right to work, figured out the problem, and patiently answered my detailed questions about the system. He's clearly a real asset to your organization! Besides my home projects, I also represent a Retreat Center, who now employs your services for our conferences a few times per year. The office staff is always great to work with!

I recently used this company for their portable restroom. They were quick to deliver and pick up. They kept the restroom clean with their weekly maintenance. Jodie was also a pleasure to talk to on the phone. We will definitely be using them again.

I had the pleasure of having Mike come out today for a problem with our washer backing up into our sink. He did the job and explained what he was doing and what he found. My hubby happened to call and he then explained it all again to him. We will definately contact them again if needed. I truly wish all workers were as kind and personable as Mike.
