Outstanding service from Open Water Septic! We had a septic backup emergency on a Saturday night, and Open Water Septic came through when we needed them most. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and immediately got to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled efficiently and with great customer service from start to finish. Best of all, the price was very reasonable, especially for an after-hours emergency call.

    Response from the owner

Providing reliable service, honest communication, and fair pricing is what we strive for every day. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again whenever you need us.
