I had 5 different septic companies come to my house and walk away. They told me sorry we won't touch your system. I called Bill told him what was going on and he was on it. He didn't walk away he got us fixed. He even text me one night at midnight to give me some pointers to keep me going. I wouldn't even call anyone else anymore. If you need your septic fixed Bill is your guy!!

Received the dreaded notice from the health dept that our septic wasn’t running properly. I called three companies and Bill was able to come out the same day. Ordered a new motor I believe and installed it the next week. Bill was great to work with and spent some time chatting as well. He’s my go to guy for septic now!

Bill from Ohio Aeration and Septic came out to inspect my system and was fantastic to work with. He took the time, despite the rain, to walk through everything with me, thoroughly explaining what he saw and what might be causing the issues. What really stood out was his honesty. Rather than trying to upsell me on expensive services, he recommended a practical “wait and see” approach. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, straightforward, and respectful of your time and money. Highly recommended.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners recount Bill handling service calls directly, troubleshooting backups, replacing aerators, and installing leach fields. Mindy noted that he was able to "come out the same day" after the local health department flagged an equipment issue. Work often involves diagnosing mechanical failures in aeration systems, repairing timer units, or explaining practical maintenance steps.
