I was very happy with their work. They arrived as they said they would. The gentlemen explained everything.They explained what was going on with our sewer system so that we understood the problem. Everything seems to be working well again. I'm very happy with this company.

Had an issue at 4 o’clock on Friday. Called 2 others in the Breaux Bridge area and no help. Called OCR and they said be there after he finished the job he was on. At 5 , 3 guys showed up. The check and found my pump was out, they showed me it was not working. They had another and replaced . Back up and running by 6. No body else even called me back. Good guys, I highly recommend .

Oswald did an excellent job pumping out and unclogging my septic tank. From the moment I called, he was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained what was causing the issue, and got straight to work. The clog was cleared quickly, and he made sure everything was flowing properly before leaving. He also gave helpful advice on how to prevent future problems, which I really appreciated. The pricing was great, especially for the quality of service and professionalism provided.

Called OCR s&g works for a last minute sewer pump out and inspection. Oswald had no hesitation to come out and knock this out for me same day. Highly recommend OCR sewer and groundwork’s for any issue that needs to be fixed!
