I called on Sunday, July 12 2026, and spoke with Ashley to explain my situation. Even though they were extremely busy that day, she was incredibly understanding and scheduled Nick to pump out my septic tank the very next day. When Nick arrived, he successfully pumped the tank and cleared a stubborn clog from the pipe so I could flush again. He was also highly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. Both Nick and Ashley provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them!

Local Ground

Around Ocala, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Ocala city page for the full soil profile.
