Excellent service…our septic tank was pumped yesterday on Tuesday with an additional request for a riser pipe/cap to be installed. They came out the next day on Wednesday and installed the riser. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I will definitely be using them for our future septic needs 👍🏻

Being somewhat of a new home owner and not realizing all the different things we need to take care of, septic cleaning was on the back burner for us with all the different upgrades/fixer uper projects. Matthew was awesome to work with, he really explained what he does and called me back later that day after the cleaning to let me know how it went, what he saw, and everything in between. Between the different conversations that I had with Matthew I could tell he takes pride in the work he does, cares for his customers, and does not over charge his customers.

    Response from the owner

We here at Norway Septic appreciate your feedback and look forward to providing you with even greater service in the future. Thank You Kelsey for taking time to write this review it really encourages us to continue to provide the best quality service and attention to our customers feedback. Matthew

Several reviewers describe Matthew handling the septic tank pumping and staying in touch afterward. One customer had a riser pipe and cap installed the day after a pumping visit, with the same crew returning the next morning to finish the job. Kelsey said he "explained what he does and called me back later that day" to walk through what he found, and other reviewers mention him showing homeowners preventative maintenance steps for their tanks.
