We originally hired North Coast Septic to install a brand-new septic system at our home and we're so impressed with their work that when we needed a repair at my mom's house there was no question who we were calling. I contacted I contacted Paul and he called me back immediately, came out promptly, and gave us a fair and honest price. By the end of the week, he and his guys had the new line completely installed- Efficiently, professionally and at an amazing price. What really stood out was the quality of their work and their attention to detail.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Lori, for your wonderful review and for trusting North Coast Septic with both projects. We're thrilled Paul and the team were prompt, professional, and left the yard looking great. Your recommendation means a lot, and we're glad our pricing and attention to detail met your expectations. We look forward to helping your family again and appreciate you referring us to others.

We bought our property in Geneva 7 months ago, and never got the chance to get the septic tank inspected. Every now and again for the past two or so months, our whole stunk for a couple days at a time. It took us a while to deduce that it was raw sewage, as we'd never lived on a private septic property before. Nor ever really smelled thay type of smell. I called Vince's Plumbing (also 5 star service. Bless their call takers heart, she had to hear me babble for about 15 minutes) and they pointed me towards NE Septic. They were able to squeeze me in on their schedule in less than 24 hours.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind review, Abigael. We’re glad we could fit you in quickly and that our team, especially our front office staff and Ryan, made the process easy and answered all your questions. We appreciate Vince’s Plumbing for the referral and are pleased we could resolve the septic issue affordably. We look forward to helping you with any future septic needs.

Before You Call

When a tank shows the warning signs above, the decision is whether a septic treatment can hold things until a scheduled pump-out or the truck should come now. The company offers both, and one question for the phone call is whether the inspection can happen in the same visit as the pumping.
