    John is amazing! Our septic had some serious issues; John was able to fix the issues in a single day. I won't go into details about what was needed, but I feel it was extensive. I am amazed at what he was able to accomplish. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    ★★★★★ I cannot recommend North County Backhoe Services highly enough, especially its owner, John Donaldson. I called John after dark because I feared I had a septic system failure. He came out that evening to assess the situation and quickly determined that the problem was not with the septic system itself. Rather than leaving it at that, he returned early the next morning to help flush the main line. Despite his determined efforts, the line would not clear, and he honestly told me so. What impressed me most was not just his knowledge and persistence, but his integrity.

    It was a Saturday morning (of course!) just before Mother's Day and my septic backed up. I could not get anyone to come out, and most never even responded even though their websites claimed 7 day a week emergency service. Not only did John at North County respond, but he also spent a bunch of time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot my problem and sharing his expert knowledge. After coming out, he quickly dug in, found the problem (a root lifted the outlet line as seen in the photo), fixed it, and charged a fair price.

    Can these guys and he came out to see the problem and give me a estimate on the job and he gave me a reasonable pice .they came out next day and got the job done an showed me all their work before the covered it all back up i would recommend
