Less than 2 months prior to retiring from a 37~year Federal Career, my 7-year Rental Home Lease expired. The contents of a 25-year home in NH had patiently stayed boxed in the attic and basement, after responding to a mandatory reporting date in MI, 6 weeks later. I liked the idea of supporting a local business and luckily (undeterred by the Champion location) called Shannon. Fred then expertly crafted a route into the spacious yard through an assortment of buildings and poles to place a 27-Yard container off a city alley entrance, just a few days later.

I switched to North Country Disposal 6 months ago and honestly wish I had done it sooner. If you live in Forsyth Township, you know there are plenty of options, but reliability can be hit or miss. These guys have been consistent and easy to work with. Very happy I went with them.

I’ve used North Country for my septic service for years, so switching my trash service over to them was an easy decision once I saw the price difference from what I was paying. It’s rare to find a company that offers both the best prices and the best service. If you want to support local and save some money, I recommend them to everyone!

I called for a roll‑off dumpster and was honestly surprised at how fast they got it to my house. They were completely upfront about the cost, which I really appreciate because I’ve been burned by hidden fees from other companies before. Super easy process and great customer service!

A septic backup brought a North Country crew to Brad's house the "same day", and he praises their courtesy and effort. Maddy has stayed with the company for her septic service over several years.

Before You Call

The timing of a pump-out is a homeowner's call: book it on the calendar or wait for a backup to book it for you. Their site argues for the calendar. One phone conversation covers how long the tank has gone and when a crew can next come.
