    Their septic pump guy Lannis Lee isn't worth the price. First of all he didn't show up when scheduled. Second, after we had to finally call him!!! to find out what's the deal? Very disappointing. ✝️

    Once they get your payment you'll never hear back from them. I simply requested an ETA call or text when the driver was on the way to ensure placement would be correct as I probably wasnt going to be on site for delivery. It was after 3:00p.m and I didnt hear from anyone so i called the office twice about 30 minutes apart. No answer, not even a call back. I finally get on site and the delivery was placed incorrectly. This was my first time using them,will not be using them again. Horrible service. Horrible communication

While we were in communication with you several times prior to the delivery of the toilet, we understand how important it was to receive a call or text before the driver arrived to ensure proper placement. We have already discussed this with our driver and reinforced the importance of calling ahead whenever a customer requests it. We appreciate your feedback as it will help us improve our customer service. We will also be following up with you personally to address your concerns directly and discuss this further.     The representative did not provide clear or sufficient information regarding the dumpster order, and it felt like there was a lack of engagement in assisting me.
