Efficient, professional, prompt and the cost for the service provided was very reasonable. Good communication at all times. They will be my go-to for future plumbing needs.

Nice guy came in for the inspection for my boiler and told me I’d get a quote later on, five calls later and it’s been more than a month since I’ve heard from them, never got my quote. Horrible experience

Our hot water heater went on us Friday evening, waited until Monday to call Nichols. They set up an appointment right away for Tuesday morning but we had no power so couldn't do it but they rescheduled for Wednesday the next day very quick scheduling. A big thank you to Cal and Casey for doing a great job, they both were wonderful. Thank you so much to Nichols plumbing.

From the time I called Alec until Braeden left I could not have imagined better service. Alec talked me through several issues regarding a hidden leaky pipe with great patience and kindness. He quickly found a technician and called me back to advise of expected time of arrival. He was clear about costs and time. Braeden called ahead, advised of his eta and kept us current on what he was doing. He finished and cleaned up the area affected, all the time being pleasant and knowledgeable. How refreshing to deal with a company with such exemplary customer service. Kudos. Thank you Nichols Plumbing!
